I today published a guide to install Arch Linux with Xen and can confirm that 
indeed, the Mouse pointer is missing from an Arch Linux DomU after installing 
Xorg and Openbox. I recall that it worked out of the box before, so I don't 
know if it is related to Xen 4.5, or maybe a change in Arch Linux packages 
default config that somehow removed the default config for it (Or an actual 
bug).
