[Xen-users] 1000Hz kernel under Xen 4.4

Hi all,

I'm using (learning) Xen 4.4 on Ubuntu 14.04. I'd like to have one guest kernel run at 1000Hz (this will be an Asterisk server).

From my googling, it appears that the hypervisor needs configuring to support this, can someone confirm whether or not this is still the case, or if all I need is a correctly configured guest kernel?
