[Xen-users] qemu upstream vga passtrough

I looked on qemu passing vga pastrough and it seems that quemu uses vga=0 to turnoff cirus vga emulation. Does xen emulate vga card or does it relay on qemu? I wonder how hard would be to pass vga=0 to qemu ?Â
