I can successfully attach floppy disk to HVM domU
in xen 4.1 via libvirt driver, however, the floppy disk is readonly.
Since I do not have a xen 4.4 environment in my
lab, I cannot test whether floppy disk is also readonly in xen 4.4 or not.
I don't know about xm, but I did say in my first response "you could
always use a wrapper script around the dm".
