Your logs show an issue connecting the disks, which seems unlikely to be directly related to passthrough, more likely it is a knockon effect from something else failing and qemu giving up. Or is there actually a fix or release that works? Unfortunately VGA passthrough is an area which although devs are interested in few actually have the time available to work on. That said I think there is currently someone from AMD looking into passthrough.
