[Xen-users] XenServer Crash Debug Help

Every few months our XenServer crashes/reboots (also does not come back up automagically, we have to manually reset the SR connection), attached is a snippet from the messages log. I thought the bugtool report I have was overkill right now, hopefully I have the information needed to debug.
