In order to successfully pass through a USB controller to a linux PVM, I also had to add 'xen-pciback.permissive pci=resource_alignment=00:13.2' to the dom0 linux command line, though you can do this through /sys as
well.

Any particular reason why specifically 00:13.2 in
pci=resource_alignment=00:13.2? And what exactly does it do?
