[Xen-users] Importing VM in .ova format in CLI

Hi

Can someone please point to some documentation on how to import .OVA appliance on to XEN installed on Ubuntu.

I am following the http://docs.vmd.citrix.com/XenServer/6.0.0/1.0/en_gb/guest.html#id886142

 xe vm-import -h XXXX -u YYYYY-pw ZZZZZ filename=/var/lib/xen/images/ubuntu-netboot/ASG-vmware-image-0.1.0-b3_r2.ova

I am getting the following output. 

"Unable to contact server. Please check server and port settings."
