Also, is it faster to install in a LV? If yes, should I have a created a LV long time ago, before creating other domUs on my system?

Hi,

What is the correct way to install Ubuntu server as a domU, on a remote 
dom0? Xen wiki describes installing locally, but this is a remote server.
