So as well as sorting out your dom0 bridging setup etc then you also need to configure the .200 IP address within your guest (i.e. in the guest's /etc/network/interfaces or equivalent). For the host side you might find http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/Network_Configuration_Examples_%28Xen_4.1%2B%29 useful.
