Hi , I would install xcp via bootable usb.

I created a partition with fdisk and the filesystem with mkfs . I mounted the iso file and than i moved its files into usb partition .
I changed also the boot option in the bios .
The problem is that it 's do nothing .

Maybe try use unetbootin or similar tool to create bootable usb from iso file

Unetbootin works. None of my XCP hosts have optical drives. I was going to throw up a tutorial and I still may since it's hard to google but the process is very simple.
