i want to find a xen web interface to manage many xen dom0 with below
features regardless of licensing

- ACL for admins
- server group/pool management
- resource pool (resource allocation) for VMs
- VM templating
- thin provisioning (virtual hard disk)
- drag and drop for live VM migration
- high availability (restart of VM on another xen dom0)
- VLAN
- VM backup
- VM migration between shared storage
- auto migration of VM to balance CPU loac on xen dom0
