Xm seems to work fine. I remember it has its own PCI reset code when
destroying the VM, which calls the FLR first. Or none at all.
Xl on the other hand forces a PCI bus reset, causing the hard hang.

The PAGE_FAULT only happens actually with the older kernel. It seems
that xl uses dom0 kernel to do a PCI reset.
pci_power_mgmt option does nothing particular.

However, I think my VM image got damaged from multiple hard crashes
and I'll have to reinstall.
I'm getting really weird issues with it now, such as bluescreens in xenvbd.sys.

Will check it again after a reinstall.
