I have the only DDK in the path of *C:\WinDDK\7600.16385.1*,and the sign tool
is also in the path of *C:\WinDDK\7600.16385.1\bin\x86*,I think it was not
related with sign tool *makecert*,but related with tool *certutil*.It will
export pfx file,but it did not export any pfx file.
I don't know why?
