The best place for support with XCP (I assume this is XCP, since you
mention templates) is on the xen-api@xxxxxxxxxxxxx list rather than here
(yes, the name is not obvious).

However, before you post there you might want to consider expanding your
question with more information about what actually happened, what you
expected to happen, config files, logs etc since I'm afraid have no idea
what issue you are trying to describe.

http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/Reporting_Bugs_against_Xen is more about
xl/xend than XCP but you might find it useful to read.
