It'll depend on the particular kernel, looking at the 2.6.18-xen.hg tree
in arch/i386/kernel/time-xen.c I see:
        /* Once per minute. */
        mod_timer(&sync_xen_wallclock_timer, jiffies + 60*HZ);

I imagine this isn't the sort of thing people will have adjusted wildly
in other kernels.
