thanks for your response, yes I had read the http://wiki.xen.org/wiki/VTd_HowTo 
but not in so many detail. After rereading carefully I got the VGA pass-through 
functioning
but I do not know if it is correctly working, the HVM guest crashes during boot 
time.  I post the screen output of the crash when I am able to record it (looks 
like a memory map
dump)
