[Xen-users] VPS Dom U cannot ping from Dom0

Dear All,
I have a problem with my VPS machine ...I used Centos OS and xen application
:
- I created domU called vps1 with this configuration :
# more /etc/xen/vps1
kernel = "/usr/lib/xen/boot/hvmloader"
builder = 'hvm'
memory = 1536
name = "vps1"
vif = [ 'bridge=xenbr0,ip=202.162.218.236,mac=00:16:3E:12:18:36' ]
disk = [ 'phy:/dev/lpse/vps1,hda,w' ]
device_model = '/usr/lib64/xen/bin/qemu-dm'
pae=1
#boot = "cda"
#vnc = 1
#vnclisten = '0.0.0.0'
#vncpasswd = 'linux'

- those configuration can running well but when i change ip address on dom0
and vps1, I have problem that i cannot access vps1 , i can't ping vps1 :(
this configuration after changed :
# more /etc/xen/vps1

vif = [ 'bridge=xenbr0,ip=103.28.113.26,mac=00:16:3E:12:18:36' ]
disk = [ 'phy:/dev/lpse/vps1,hda,w' ]
device_model = '/usr/lib64/xen/bin/qemu-dm'
pae=1
#boot = "cda"
#vnc = 1
#vnclisten = '0.0.0.0'
#vncpasswd = 'linux'


- access from xm console vps1 show message :
#xm console vps1
xenconsole: Could not read tty from store: No such file or directory


Can Help Me, Pleaseeee :(
