the default debian squeeze fs is ext4. If your /boot is ext4, back it up, and reformat as ext3.
The pygrub in Centos won't support ext4.

It's one partitioned
disk. /dev/mapper/360030d90f890d704c735eff06069f0df

so:
disk=['phy:/dev/mapper/360030d90f890d704c735eff06069f0df,xvda,w']
