Chris,

I try to avoid compiling code and took the easy way out by using the RPMs on the bottom of the second link.  As Fajar mentions, a simple rpm -ivh of the new kernel-3.3.0-5 RPMs installed the fix. After a reboot Xen was up and running.

It depends.

If you're willing to learn, often you just need to be willing to read,
experiment, and follow instructions. The last link sent by Eric has
updated kernel RPMs that you should be able to install (rpm -ivh ...)

If you're not willing to do any of the above and only looking for
something that just works, then the best advice I can give is don't
use xen on fedora. Stick with known-to-work virtualization solutions,
like xen on RHEL/Centos5, or KVM on RHEL/Centos6, or even just use
Virtualbox or vmware esxi.
