Right; someone else was saying that dark fiber would solve the problem except for the traffic shaping problem. If you only have 100Mbps, you probably have a lower-tier product, and traffic shaping is going to be important to performance, as that's just not a lot of bandwidth. My point was just that if you were lighting your own dark fiber, getting to way more bandwidth than you can send is probably the way to go.
