If all of them are linux (or to be precise any OS that use X, like linux/solaris), I think you should be able to run them headless on a VM (Xen, virtualbox, whatever, use whichever you're familiar with), and enable xdmcp server on the guest OS. After that, setup the X greeter on dom0/host to run as XDMCP browser/chooser (use Google if you don't know how). I tried something similar recently (in my case it was natty-gnome vs oneiric-kde), using linux containers (lxc), and it works just fine.
