I've provisioned the new lvm logical volume, and exported it from my target to my dom0. It involved re-reading some old musty man pages and READMEs that I didn't remember. At least now, I have the procedure documented as examples, so the next time will go easier. (He says laughingly, since when ever I do a major distro upgrade, the rules keep changing. After I look at your problem, I have to upgrade from opensuse 11.4 to 12.1 (my target), AND from fedora 15 to 16 (my dom0)). And no, an img file wouldn't work for me. I have no more space left in my existing LVs in either system - just unallocated space on my target. Even if I do the suse install tonite, I won't have time to play with / examine it till next weekend. My time will be looser then, and thru the following week. And yes, I will look at the hvm to pv conversion, also. I haven't forgotten you. :-) _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
