By time slicing, hypervisor would give even amount of cpu time to each 
instance. (like time slicing for processes in os)

Of course, it this case, vcpus will not operate on the fixed pcpu.

I dipose a server with 8 cores, is it possible to allocate 8 cpus to
10 instances? Is it also possible to allocate 1/3  or 1/2 cpu to one instance?
