[Xen-users] vm crash xen 4.0.1

I have the following problem
when start a vm in xen 4.0.1 with 2GB memory and 4GB of max-memory
and run  the tool sosreport -a  the vm crash
If  before launching sosreport-a  modify the memory with
xm mem-set 2.5 Gb vm everything is ok

anyone can help me
