[Xen-users] tty device is not owned by group tty

hi
i rebooted one of the VPSes which run on Xen, and it's fully
virtualized
it give me this error
tty device is not owned by group tty
anyone have any idea how i can fix this ?
and here is all the information it give me in a screenshot
