 Have you tried this:

 Xen 4.0.1 on Ubuntu Lucid 10.04 - Desktop / Server - 64 Bits - With OpenGL (Intel GEM) enabled:
 http://www.gossamer-threads.com/lists/xen/users/185290 ?

 It is a little bit outdated but it can enlight your problem...
