If I am not mistaken to be able to use the above kernel I should be Depends on whether you install from source or from vendor package management. The above kernel aka XenLinux suppose to work on any xen versions 3 and 4 not just Xen version 3. Xen version 3 as in 3.0.x or 3.3.x or 3.4.x or ... ...? Anyway, from my understanding or reading from past mails in xen-devel mailing list, xen version 3 is no longer under maintenance. Someone correct me if I am wrong about any of the above. Thanks.
