Yeah, the xen virtual machine's /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-eth0 (has these contents)


DEVICE=eth0
BOOTPRO=dhcp
>HWADDR=mac address


So, i should modify the script inside xen vm(dom U) or in the host OS ??

Also, can i set my ip here (statically) without including the above code in the script??  i mean rather than specifying inthe xen configuration file, can i set my static ip directly here ??

Are you referring to this script:
