What I'd *really* love to see is clvm decoupled from the rhel clustering beast and packaged as a barebones easy-to-configure and deploy option to the base lvm package. Agreed. After doing a few of these I find it pretty easy to set up, but there are a few gotchas. (Far from the least of these gotchas is the suite's use of multicast, which is tends to be problematic.) I like what OCFS2 has done: built the clustering into the clustering filesystem. What a concept.
