On DomU the grub.conf
is
default=0
timeout=5
splashimage=(hd0,0)/boot/grub/splash.xpm.gz
hiddenmenu
title CentOS
     root (hd0,0)
     kernel /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.18-194.e15 ro root=LABEL=/
     initrd /boot/initrd-2.6.18-194.e15.img


and menu.lst on Dom0 which is Debian is

title           Xen 3.2-1-amd64 / Debian GNU/Linux, kernel 2.6.26-2-xen-amd64
root            (hd0,0)
kernel          /boot/xen-3.2-1-amd64.gz
module          /boot/vmlinuz-2.6.26-2-xen-amd64 root=/dev/sda1 ro console=tty0
module          /boot/initrd.img-2.6.26-2-xen-amd64
