Found this bug report, posted same info there. Will follow up there because I believe I've found enough similar stories to suspect an actual bug with 2.6.32 kernel. http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=1612 Any thoughts are still welcome.
