[Xen-users] how to convert QEMU images to be used as Xen DomU's

I referred to this wiki page

where they talked about converting a VMWARE image to be used with Xen
is there a similar process for QEMU images.
I googled

but seems that I did not used the right keywords can some one give a
better idea/suggestion?
