The default Lenny kernel is the newer paravirt_ops version (2.6.26), which does

So it seems like it's the Etch Xen kernel - I was never able to do PCI passthru 
on stock Lenny Xen kernel, so now I know at least why. :)

Good catch. I think etch has pciback/front. I just updated the wiki.
Someone please let me know if it's not like that :)
