Patches do apply cleanly :-

I used
git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/jeremy/xen.git
linux-2.6-xen

There is xen/master based on 2.6.31.12 and xen/next which I think is
the 2.6.32.9
