Not sure,  it's the right place to ask you a questions.
Is it possible to download maintenance update for 11.2 as ISO image
or what is equivalent of "yum update" on OpenSuse ?

And the problem also should be fixed in our just released maintenance update for 11.2.

The bug you mention is waiting for your feedback.

Bug https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=553690  gets resolved
after patching via http://gentoo-xen-kernel.googlecode.com/files/xen-patches-2.6.31-9.tar.bz2.
I tested F12 PV DomU installation  at Xen 3.4.3 Dom0 on top of Ubuntu 9.10 Server with
2.6.31.8 patched via mentioned patch set
