Thanks Fazar.

After researching online, We've decided to use a storage server with 2 drives without RAID.

There will be 2 DomUs both will act as storage servers of MogileFS.
Each DomU will be on a separate drive-partition to make sure redundancy and availability.

MogileFS sounds to be a better option than FreeNAS due to scalability reasons.

How do you plan to run FreeNAS?
If on dualboot setup, then you have to reorganize your partitions
somehow. If you want to run FreeNas as Xen domU, you cold use an LV
instead of a partition.
