 I'm exhausted and need sleep but before I really put some effort into helping you let me just mention that unless you've recompiled your CentOS kernel than setting your DomU ip address in the DomU config file (vif=) won't work. CONFIG_IP_PNP needs to be compiled in the kernel. 

However, you're setting the IP inside the DomU manually so it should still be working. Now I'm going to sleep. I hope someone else has more insight. If not when I wake up I'll tackle it. :-)
