At least one user has reported success with either w7 or 2008r2 (same
kernel).

Can you please tell me:
. What version of Xen (and if it came from a distribution or not)
. What version of GPLPV
. If Xen 3.4.1, send me the contents of /var/log/xen/qemu-<domname>.log
. Before GPLPV is installed, what IRQ the 'Unknown PCI Device' is using
