Hello,

I am trying xen 3.4.1 with kenel-xen 2.6.31-rc6, i am not able to create virtual machine by using PCI passtrough to assign one of my PCI device
to guest OS. But it thorows error like "VT-d is not enabled". I am using command "xm create Fedora9.conf"

Fedora9.conf is my config file.

Following is the output of "xm dmesg"

(XEN) IOAPIC[0]: apic_id 8, version 32, address 0xfec00000, GSI 0-23

I have enabled virtualization in BIOS,

I am able to use PCI passthrough using KVM virtualization.

I am wondering why with same H/W i am not able to use same functionality?

Please let me know again about MSI, is that too needed to be enabled.

thanks
