Hello, I am trying xen 3.4.1 with kenel-xen 2.6.31-rc6, i am not able to create virtual machine by using PCI passtrough to assign one of my PCI device to guest OS. But it thorows error like "VT-d is not enabled". I am using command "xm create Fedora9.conf" Fedora9.conf is my config file. Following is the output of "xm dmesg" (XEN) IOAPIC[0]: apic_id 8, version 32, address 0xfec00000, GSI 0-23 (XEN) Enabling APIC mode: Flat. Using 1 I/O APICs (XEN) Using scheduler: SMP Credit Scheduler (credit) (XEN) Detected 2666.811 MHz processor. I am wondering why with same H/W i am not able to use same functionality? Please let me know again about MSI, is that too needed to be enabled. thanks -- Dipak Dudhabhate, Software Engineer, HPC, Storage, Linux System Programming Mobile No: 9881231390 _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
