I try to keep a list of places to get VM images for various Virtualizers at http://www.grantmcwilliams.com/tech/virtualization/virtual-os-images

The main site for Xen images is Stacklet.com which is the old jailtime.org. I just followed the link to make sure it still worked and it appears to be loading forever. I hope that's not permanent.
