With free version of HyperVM you can create only 5 virtual machines. Also you have to use LVM (it is requirements). IMHO it's not good solution for management xen domains (IMHO). Once, I've found one interesting project - Karesansui http://karesansui-project.info/ but haven't enough time for testing...
