MS had decided that you can't. There's not much you can do about it.

Since 0.10.0.69 worked for you, my guess is either:
- something wrong with your build env, or
- the source you're using (current tip or revision 36fef48dbfa9) is
somewhat broken. Probably because it's work in progress.
