[Xen-users] Cirrus Logic 5446 is preventing the machine from entering standby

When I try to put a Windows 2003 machine into standby, I get a message
that "The device driver for the 'Cirrus Logic 5446 Compaible Graphics
Adapter' device is preventing the machine from entering standby". Is
there an easy fix for that? I'm running 3.3.1.
