> From the setup it looks like you have made CDROM to point to a file which 
is not a CDROM iso image.
Do you have a CD/DVD ISO image ? if yes then point your cdrom (edit the 
config) to that iso image and it must start working.
I have not used suse but doing the above must not be very difficult from 
GUI...
