Nobody told me to use xen-tools or xen-shell, it seems things should work anyway, but it's also true that I'm quite free to do what I want. With virt-install I have already succeeded in installing virtual machines, but I don't have the console anyway. What should I do, in your opinion?2009/3/13 Molly Bloom <psalviato@xxxxxxxxx>Hi everybody,Hello, after creating the virtual machine successfully (and I have done it many times), it seems I have no console. I give the command # xm console <Domain> and I get the result "xenconsole: Could not read tty from store: No such file or directory" I'm a newbie and my efforts to solve this problem have been useless until now. Is there anybody who could give me a hint?Have you check your tty configuration in the xen-tools.conf? you have to add or uncomment this line: serial_device = hvc0 Hope this will help.
