I have some Ubuntu 8.10 servers with new 2.6.27-12-server (pv_ops enabled) on top of Xen-3.2 (New Debian Lenny).

the problem with the newer pv_ops kernels is that they require Xen 3.3,
while RHEL/CentOS run under the Xen 3.1 hypervisor.
still, all the 2.6.18 linux-image-xen packages from older Debians works
fine.
