-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hi everyone,I am currently trying to get an up-to-date Dom0/U kernel for my Ubuntu Hardy server with Xen 3.3 to work. I have tried patching the Ubuntu Intrepid kernel 2.6.27 with the Gentoo patches, created from Novells kernel 2.6.27-xen.hg tree and the Novell kernel itself, but I keep getting BUG()s all over the place and than the kernel crashes, so both seem out of the question. I have also tried to find patches for kernel 2.6.25-26, but no luck so far (I know Debian has some, but I haven't found the correct ones in the source package). Does anyone know a working set of kernel patches for Xen 3.3, that makes use of the full range of Xen features? I especially need PvSCSI and PCI Passthrough (with the Passthrough backend), because some of my hardware doesn't seem to work correctly with the way, the Hardy kernel handles it. Thanks, Paul. - -- Paul Schulze Mail: avlex gmx net ($1@$2.$3) Public Key: http://solaris-net.dyndns.org/keys/key_avlex.asc "Making mistakes is human, but to really screw things up, you need Computers" -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.1 (Darwin) iD8DBQFJfDjrYDWOGtiChoARAhsrAJ9+TWLSIMlbUK/YFHPq2Ghb4Evn5gCeOYVN lx+6oW2R7T951/HQZUFKnwU= =9GFD -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- _______________________________________________ Xen-users mailing list Xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx http://lists.xensource.com/xen-users
