We use the Citrix drivers on XenServer in production and the performance is very, very good. Equal CPU performance for single CPU, but much better than GPLPV for multi CPU. Network and disk performance is better than GPLPV in all cases. And most importantly, they never, ever crash. -- Randy www.FastServ.com ---------- Original Message ----------- From: "Dustin Henning" <Dustin.Henning@xxxxxxxxxxx> To: "'Xen Users Mailing List'" <xen-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Fri, 16 Jan 2009 10:13:59 -0500 Subject: RE: [Xen-users] windows server on xen in production? > Xen.org HVM DomUs would probably be equally production-ready > barring Windows drivers, though, and on top of that I believe some > users do use GPLPV drivers in production in spite of best practice > concerns and downtime risk.
