I used pre9 and it BSODed, so please, tell us how to restore win 2008 server from install DVD

I've fixed the problem and am just about to upload -pre11. 
 
If you have (foolishly :) installed the -preXX version of these drivers 
on a windows 2008/Vista production system without doing a test on a test 
system first, let me know and I'll email some instructions on making it 
right again. I have just used the repair shell from the Windows 2008 
boot CD and it is amazingly easy to fix things up!
